friendly atmosphere. The gym and pool areas were well maintained. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, though finding a table during peak hours was challenging. Additionally, despite the warm service, the gift shop pricing felt overpriced at times.

The Intercontinental Lounge on the 9th floor provided a wonderful atmosphere to unwind after a busy day, offering complimentary snacks and drinks.

During peak hours, the pool area felt crowded and finding lounge chairs was a challenge.

Family friendly atmosphere

We stayed for a night with my wife and our one-year-old daughter, and the staff was unbelievably courteous. There was live music right outside the lobby, creating a lively atmosphere that enhanced our experience.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still acceptable for the service we got.

The mountain views were amazing from the wonderful bed. Toilet placement was awkward.

My stay was a pleasant surprise! The staff genuinely cared, especially during breakfast when the chefs were whipping up delicious meals right before my eyes. The poolside vibe was cool too, with evenings filled with live music and a DJ. Just wish the parking area could use a bit more space for crowded times.

However, the experience was marred by front desk confusion regarding my local tour, which was not confirmed despite arrangements made well in advance. Additionally, the ongoing renovations left the pool area closed, making it less appealing. Communication gaps within the staff detracted from the otherwise enjoyable stay.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast had an awesome spread that catered to everyone's taste. I loved unwinding in the spa and taking a dip in the swimming pool after a long day. It would have been nice if there were more lounge chairs available by the pool. nonetheless, I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway! 😌

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Real Intercontinental Tegucigalpa By Ihg! The staff went above and beyond, especially Sthefeny Arauz at the front desk who greeted us with a warm smile. The amenities were excellent. the gym, spa, and restaurants were all clean and in good working order. Our Classic Double Room was very clean and equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and complimentary water bottles. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse selection of both warm and cold options.
